Workspace Portal (Financial Cents)

Our Client Workspace is our secure portal for ongoing collaboration. It’s designed for document uploads, request lists, and messaging, especially when multiple people support you (bookkeepers, executive assistants, financial advisors, etc.). You’ll use this portal for the intake and information-gathering phase; your completed tax return will be delivered for review and signature through the Tax Return Hub (SafeSend).

How do I access the Client Workspace?

Visit our Client Workspace Login page and enter the email address you regularly use to correspond with us. You will receive an access code by email. Be sure to check spam/junk/promotions for the email.

If you still did not receive the access code, please email portal@avantcpas.com with your preferred email login and we will update our system.

Tip: Once logged in, you can go to Settings and add your mobile number to receive text reminders. 



Do I have to create an account?

No, you do not need to create an account. This workspace uses a secure, passwordless login which verifies a user’s identity without requiring a traditional password. Instead, it uses alternative forms of verification such as one-time passcodes and magic links. This eliminates many of the weaknesses associated with passwords, including phishing attacks.

Why use this instead of the SafeSend Tax Hub?

Your client workspace is best used for:

  • Accessing documents prior to the 2025 tax year.
  • Chatting or messaging us regarding ongoing services such as bookkeeping and consulting.
  • Uploading bookkeeping docs and responding to requests unrelated to the tax return. 
  • Paying invoices for services other than the tax return. 
  • Third party and authorized user access. 

The SafeSend Tax Hub is best used for tax-return related activities in the current year (tax engagement letters, answering tax questionnaires, uploading tax docs or responding to requests related to the tax return, signing the tax return, paying the tax return invoice).
